October Alphabet
Every month I create a new alphabet series with the letters A-Z plus some bonus letters. Each month I am using different tools and different techniques.
Materials used:
- Black Sumi Ink
- Hand Made Folded Pen
- Canson Watercolor Paper
I found that it was a great help using Watercolor Paper because of the amount of ink. I also really liked the texture of the watercolor paper in combination with the folded pen.
When using a folded pen I suggest you load it with a good amount of ink. I mixed my Sumi Ink in a small container with 50% ink and 50% water.
Once you got the paper ready and your pen is loaded with ink, it’s time to start creating. I advice you to work in short, quick and sharp movements – but it will also depend on the style you are going for.
